That was my moment of truth. I saw friends and colleagues who, despite enormous talent, got into financial trouble or burned out psychologically. It wasn't a lack of skill. It was a lack of protection.

The first year wasn’t about perfection — it was about building foundations through real client work, productions and partnerships.
