2. Processing purposes

This website presents MVMNTS services and collects qualified inquiries. We process personal data where a legal basis exists, especially Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract initiation or performance, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure website operation and inquiry organization, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is given.

3. Hosting and server logs

When the website is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, time, URL, browser/device information and referrer may be processed to deliver the website, analyze errors and prevent misuse.

4. Inquiry form and video call

If you submit an inquiry, we process the data you provide, such as name, company, email, phone number, role, industry, goals, budget range, priority, project description, lead source and form answers. The purpose is to review the inquiry, prepare a video call, create an offer and communicate with you. Mandatory fields are limited to what we need to assess and respond to the inquiry; optional details help us prepare the call.

For scheduling, Google Calendar or Google Workspace may be used. We process only the data required for the appointment, such as name, contact details, selected time and optional notes you provide. Email and phone remain available as alternatives.

5. Cookies, local storage and web analytics

We use necessary storage for website operation, security, form functions and consent management. Vercel Web Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. If enabled, it measures page views, referrers, device types, browsers, operating systems and approximate regions in an anonymized and aggregated way. According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not set third-party cookies. The legal basis for loading analytics is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The Facebook domain verification on this website is a static meta tag in the HTML head and does not set cookies. Marketing or retargeting tags are only activated after consent.

6. Communication and newsletter

If you contact us by email, phone or a messenger route you initiate, we process your contact details, communication content and technical metadata required for the communication. Optional marketing communication is sent only with consent and includes an unsubscribe option.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Inquiry and offer data are deleted or anonymized once no longer required and no legal duties prevent this.

9. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by service providers for hosting, form processing, workspace/CRM systems, Google Workspace/Calendar, email communication, scheduling, web analytics, consent-based analytics and security. Where providers act as processors, we conclude required data processing agreements. Where providers outside the EU/EEA are used, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

10. Accessibility and contact routes

We aim to keep legal information, inquiry routes and cookie settings understandable and reachable. If content or forms are not accessible to you, contact us by email or phone and we will provide an alternative contact route.

11. AI support

We may use AI-supported tools to structure content, draft materials, cluster sources, prepare media variants or organize inquiry information internally. We do not use AI as an automated final decision with legal or comparable effect on individuals. Personal data is processed only where necessary for the respective purpose; where possible, we work with anonymized, pseudonymized or aggregated information.

For AI service providers, we review data processing, storage locations, training use, access protection and data processing agreements where relevant. For public content, we use source logic, editorial control and labelling where legally required. More information is available on AI transparency.
